To discuss a return or refund please contact us at the email worcestershirehops@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt or the next day for 24 hour deliveries. In case of damaged products Worcestershire Hops will refund the cost of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy including the original delivery charges but excluding the costs of you returning the product to us. Costs to return items are the responsibility of the customer.


Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment of order whenever is possible. Due to the seasonal nature of our products, the stock availability is subject to harvest conditions. Our commitment is to provide the best quality products to our customers. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
