Worcester Hops ("we" and "us") is the operator of www.worcestertershirehops.co.uk. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

1. General


Due to the seasonal nature of our products, the stock availability is subject to harvest conditions. Our commitment is to provide the best quality products to your customers. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs


Worcestershire Hops delivers nationwide across the UK with free shipping to our customers.

3. Shipping Time


Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment of order. From time-to-time our deliveries are subject to harvest conditions and may take longer than that time. If you have any special requests for timed deliveries please email us at worcestershirehops@gmail.com.

4. Change Of Delivery Address


For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. If that is your case, please email us at worcestershirehops@gmail.com.

5. Items Out Of Stock


If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

6. Delivery Time Exceeded


If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.



7. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

RETURN POLICY

Worcestershire Hops would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. We have created this returns policy to enable you to return damaged products to us in appropriate circumstances.

 

1. If an item you’ve bought is damaged, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.

 

2. Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product or cancel an order where:

 

(a) We receive notification that the product was damaged on receipt within 3 days of its arrival OR the next day for 24 hour deliveries.

 

(b) If for any reason you wish to cancel your order this may be done within 5 working days of receipt of your order. Products cancelled in this way will receive a refund where appropriate within 30 days.

 

3. We will give you a refund where appropriate for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy including the original delivery charges but excluding the costs of you returning the product to us.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Wix currently accepts payment by credit / debit card.
